Hard ice cream machine is a specially-designed automatic device for making hard ice cream that is a kind of solid frozen dessert. After hardening, hard ice cream tastes especially hard. But after a long time, it will melt at room temperature. Known as hard ice cream maker, our batch freezers consist of raw material cylinder, refrigeration cylinder and its refrigeration system, stirring blade frame, conveying device and control system.

Maintenance of Batch Freezer  
1. When customers buy a new hard ice cream machine, at first, you need to do disinfection and cleaning to guarantee the ice cream to meet hygiene requirements.
2. The cleaning of batch freezer includes two parts: cleaning the stir freezing cylinder and cleaning the material storage tank. The first cleaning part is carried out once in three days. The second part needs to be done every day.
Packaging and Transportation
1. For export packing, we use wooden frame to protect hard ice cream machines.
2. We usually deliver batch freezers by sea, but we are also capable of transporting them by air according to clients’ requirements.
