B13 Italian gelato display fridge is a kind of showcase equipped with digital temperature adjusting panel. Consisting of compressor, condenser, capillary tube and evaporator, it can cool the air in the showcase quickly with low noise. The machine is 145 cm, taller than other types so that ice cream can be served in buckets. All of our ice cream display refrigerators are assessed by TUV.

Notice
1. Please don’t splash water into freezers. It may cause short circuit or electric shock.
2. All of our Italian gelato display fridges should be tested for about 2 to 3 days, please pay attention to the order date.
3. Please don’t put your finger or stick into the rotating fan. Otherwise, body harm or other accidents may happen.
4. To avoid electric shock or scald, we must cut off the power before maintenance and inspection.
5. When you clean and move showcase, please don’t put your hands directly on unknown part of ice cream display refrigerator. The working fan and compressor may hurt you.
6. It should connect to an appropriative socket for power supply. Otherwise it may cause electric shock, heat, fire or other accidents.
7. Please keep flammable and volatile material away from Italian gelato display fridges. These materials may cause explosion, fire or other accidents.
8. Please do not pull the wire when you switch off showcase. Broken wire may cause heat or fire.

Maintenance
1. You can wipe the inside face of Italian gelato display fridges with neutral detergent then clean it by a wet cloth. This step can help showcase smell good.
2. Please don’t pile up goods too close to showcase.
3. Please check the power socket regularly. A charred socket should be replaced immediately to avoid electrical components damage or poor contact.
4. Please don’t arbitrarily adjust and remove the ice cream display refrigerator and automation components.
5. If the Italian gelato display fridge needs to work all the day, please at least turn off it for one night every 5 to 7 days. Otherwise the refrigeration system will break down easily.
6. Condenser is used for dissipating heat and usually located behind the shutter. You can clean it once a month to maintain good cooling conditions. Please turn off the power before cleaning and don’t use water in order to avoid electricity leakage.
