Applications

Daily Maintenance of Walk-in Freezer
1. After completing installation or not used for a long time, walk-in cooler is used again. We should lower the temperature properly within 8°C to 10°C everyday. When the temperature is down to 0°C, it should maintain this temperature for a certain period.
2. During the using process, we should prevent hard objects to crash and scratch walk-in freezer boards, because they may cause deboss or corrosion, even reduce its heat preservation performance.  
3. Walk-in cooler is made by several insulation boards joint together. There is gap between boards. The gap is usually sealed by sealant to prevent air and water entering.
4. We should prevent a lot of ice and water on the ground because walk-in freezer uses insulation board. If there is ice, we should not use hard object to knock it so as not to damage the ground.

Packaging and Transportation
1. We use wooden-frame to package our walk-in coolers.
2. Our walk-in freezers are generally transported by sea.
