B16 gelato ice cream display showcase is a kind of equipment which has refrigeration function. It is used for displaying gelato and ice cream cake. Its refrigeration unit (consisting of compressor, condenser and evaporator) can make cool air flow in the case. B16 gelato display case has unique air duct design for keeping the cold air flow in the case. Even if open the sliding door, the cold air will not flow out easily.

1. The instruction of gelato display case should be read carefully before using.
2. Please clean the condenser of showcase at least three times every two months. Use soft brush rather than sharp tool to clean it. Washing ice cream display cabinet with water is also forbidden. Otherwise the refrigerating system will be damaged.
