Gelato Ice Cream Display Showcase

Description
Gelato ice cream display showcase is a kind of freezer with glass cover. It is used to freeze and display ice cream or other food clearly. Ice cream showcase is widely used at ice cream store, tea or coffee shop, bakery, beverage shop, winery, meat factory, garden stuff factory, seasoning factory, etc. We have these following types, B1, B6, B7, B8, B9, B11, B12, B13, B15, and B16.

Features
1. Gelato display freezer has tilt-back glass cover, sliding door, separate storage trays, lamp and turnable caster wheels. The trays can display ice cream cleanly and tidily, and the caster wheels can move the case flexibly.
2. The back and inside structure of ice cream showcase is made of high gloss 304 stainless steel.
3. It consists of airflow fan, air-cooled condensing unit and galvanized steel chassis.
4. It uses ecologic polyurethane foam for cold insulation controlled by digital system for defrosting.
5. For long service life and low noise, it uses good quality compressor from well-know brand.
6. It is air-cooled type and can make very hard ice. But it has low power consumption and is friendly to environment.
7. Our gelato display freezers are guaranteed for one year.

Instructions
1. Please read over the instruction manual before using the ice cream showcase.
2. It should be powered by an appropriative flashboard with 220V, 50Hz. Make sure that the gelato display case connects a ground wire which is apart from gas and water pipe. It can’t be powered by zero line of single phase source.
3. After turning on the switch, it takes one minute for startup. Please wait patiently and check the compressor and fan are working or not. The temperature in the case will decline sharply after half an hour.
4. It takes 20 minutes for automatic defrosting every 5 hours. During the 20 minutes, sound of air flow and white mist in the case are normal. Please don’t cut off the power.
5. When the gelato display freezer breaks down, please contact our after-sale service department as soon as possible. We will provide guidance from professionals.
6. Ice cream showcase can’t be used as storage freezer. If it needs to work all the day, please turn off it for more than ten hours every week. Please don’t keep it working more than 7 days. Otherwise you will take the losses of refrigerating system breakdown.
7. Condenser is used for dissipating heat and usually located in front of the showcase base. You can clean it by a soft brush after removing the shutter. Please don’t use water or sharp tool in order to avoid electricity leakage or refrigerant leaking out.
8. For cool air circulation, please keep some space between air outlet and food.
9. Please cut off the power before maintaining or checking.

Cleaning
1. Please clean the ice cream showcase regularly. You can use a soft dry cloth to clean the surface and inner face of the case. Or you can wipe the case with neutral detergent then clean it by a wet cloth.
2. Notice
1) Be sure to cut off the power before cleaning.
2) Washing gelato display freezer with water is forbidden.
3) Animal or plant oil can make plastic ageing and crack over time. Please clean the door gasket and case frame regularly.
4) Please don’t use alkaline detergent, soap, abrasive powder, boiling water, banana oil, acetone and toluene to clean ice cream showcase. Because they will injure the case’s surface, door gasket and frame.
5) If you don’t use the showcase for a long time, please cut off the power, clean it, and then seal it after airing.

Transport and Setting
1. Be careful not to injure the power line during transport.
2. The case can’t be inclined at an angle greater than 45 degrees during transport. Otherwise, the compressor or other part may break down.
3. For the refrigerating capacity, please don’t put freezer under direct sunlight or next to heat.
4. For electrical performance, please put gelato display freezer at a ventilated place without rain or lampblack.
5. For ventilation, it should be at least 10 cm between showcase and wall (or other objects).
6. Please remove packing base and the entire wrapper before using.
7. The ice cream showcase should put at a flat place in order to avoid shake and noise.

Notice
1. For electricity saving and well refrigerating capacity, please reduce the time of opening showcase.
2. Please pull the plug but not the power line. If the power line breaks down, it must be repaired by professionals.
3. Please don’t put finger or stick into the fan.
4. Please don’t hang things on the ice cream showcase’s door to avoid the showcase falling down.
5. The working compressor is very hot and please don’t touch it with your hand.
6. There is a condenser vent on each side of the gelato display freezer. Please keep them clean and clear.
7. It is very dangerous that a kid stay in a freezer. Please keep the idle freezer away from kids.
