Purchase Notes
1. When customers select open chillers, they need firstly check the appearance.
2. Refrigeration speed is an important factor to affect the performance of air curtain cabinets.
3. Customers need to see if there is a heavy taste because of air conditioner.

Operation Attentions
1. Please don’t splash water into the open chiller. It may cause short circuit or electric shock.
2. Please keep flammable and volatile materials away from air curtain cabinets, because these materials may cause explosion, fire or other accidents.
3. Please do not pull the wire when you switch off the equipment. Broken wire may cause heat or fire.
4. The open chiller should be connected to an appropriative socket for power supply. Otherwise it may cause electric shock, heat, fire or other accidents.
5. When you clean and move air curtain cabinets, please don’t put your hands directly on unknown parts. The working fan and compressor may hurt you.
6. All of open chillers should be tested for about 2 to 3 days, please pay attention to the order date.
7. Please don’t put your fingers or stick into the rotating fan. Otherwise, body harm or other accidents may happen.
8. To avoid electric shock or scald, we must cut off the power supply of air curtain cabinets before maintenance and inspection.

Maintenance
1. If the open chiller needs to work all the day, please at least turn off it for one night every 5 to 7 days. Otherwise, the refrigeration system will break down easily.
2. Condenser is used for dissipating heat and usually located behind the shutter. You can clean it once a month to maintain good cooling conditions. Please turn off the power supply before cleaning and don’t use water so as to avoid electricity leakage.
3. Please don’t pile up goods too close to air curtain cabinets.
4. You can wipe the inside surface of open chillers with neutral detergent then clean it by a wet cloth. This step can help it smell good.
5. Please check the power socket regularly. A charred socket should be replaced immediately to avoid electrical components damage or poor contact.
6. Please don’t arbitrarily adjust and remove the air curtain cabinet and automation components.
