Maintenance of XI-60 Hard Ice Cream Machine
1. When we purchase a new hard ice cream machine, firstly, it is quite necessary to do disinfection and cleaning to make sure the ice cream meets the hygiene requirements.
2. The cleaning of ice cream makers includes two steps. The first step is to clean the stir freezing cylinder and the second step is to clean the material storage tank. The first step is done once in three days. The second step needs to be done every day.
Packaging and Transportation
