Description
Fresh meat display case is kind of supermarket display cabinet used to store and display fresh meat, fresh fish, deli, etc. It is made up of compressor, condenser, capillary tube and evaporator. Known as fresh meat showcase or fresh meat display cabinet, it is extensively used in supermarkets, malls and other commercial sites. Operation Attentions
1. Please don’t splash water into the fresh meat showcase. It may cause short circuit or electric shock.
2. Please keep flammable and volatile materials away from fresh meat display cases, because these materials may cause explosion, fire or other accidents.
3. Please do not pull the wire when you switch off the fresh meat display cabinet. Broken wire may cause heat or fire.
4. The fresh meat showcase should be connected to an appropriative socket for power supply. Otherwise it may cause electric shock, heat, fire or other accidents.
5. When you clean and move fresh meat display cases, please don’t put your hands directly on unknown parts. The working fan and compressor may hurt you.
6. It should be tested for about 2 to 3 days, please pay attention to the order date.
7. Please don’t put your fingers or stick into the rotating fan. Otherwise, body harm or other accidents may happen.
8. To avoid electric shock or scald, we must cut off the power supply of fresh meat showcases before maintenance and inspection.

Maintenance
1. If the fresh meat display case needs to work all the day, please at least turn off it for one night every 5 to 7 days. Otherwise, the refrigeration system will break down easily.
2. Condenser is used for dissipating heat and usually located behind the shutter. Users can clean it once a month to maintain good cooling conditions. Please turn off the power supply before cleaning and don’t use water so as to avoid electricity leakage.
3. Please don’t pile up goods too close to fresh meat showcases.
4. You can wipe the inside surface of fresh meat display cases with neutral detergent then clean it by a wet cloth. This step can help it smell good.
5. Please check the power socket regularly. A charred socket should be replaced immediately to avoid electrical components damage or poor contact.
6. Please don’t arbitrarily adjust and remove fresh meat showcases and automation components.
